Sleep deprivation is a killer

The journey from Cornwall was rough as I ate at weird times of day and was very naughty and drank a latte at 2.30PM.  Ha ha I knew what might happen with this but I was hoping I’d sneak through it.

Unfortunately I didn’t get any sleep on Thursdsy night apart from 19 minutes according to my Fitbit at 5.45am, on the sofa.

My massage helped to relax me enough to get another hour at 11.30am,then I managed another 2 later in the afternoon.

Stuff this so I had a sleeping tablet at 9 and went to bed ‘out of my head’ on a zopicline.

Now I don’t take these every day, only once a week/fortnight and I managed to break through the 6 hour barrier last night after staying in bed for 13 hours.

All the blue bits on the picture are restless thrashing about, the dark bits are sleep.  Over 7 hours restlessness and 6 hours sleep.

I can hear the doctor now ‘you should go to bed the same time every night and wake up the same time very day’ well screw you doctor I’ll do it my way.  Weekends are for catch up, week days are for routine 👌

It took me over 2 years to get diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and that is when the fun started........
